Logo design, brand identity design and marketing collateral for London based meal delivery food startup Chirky.

Branding Agency London

Chirky are a meal delivery start-up based in London. They reached out - as they wanted me to design their logo, identity, and marketing material. I worked on a mood-board, and brand/competitor research and strategy to begin with. I then worked on the logo designs, colour palette, typography and marketing materials - including business cards, banner designs, and social media content templates. I created a bold and colourful brand identity, to really help the brand stand out from competitors. The ready meals are now available to buy on their website.

Branding Design for Food & Meal Delivery Brands London

Brand identity design within the food delivery and startup space needs to balance several important elements:

  • Strong brand recognition

  • Clear visual differentiation

  • Modern and approachable branding

  • Consistency across digital and print touchpoints

  • Flexible visual systems for future growth

For Chirky, the goal was to create a visual identity that felt bold, energetic, and distinctive while still maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

The branding design system also needed to work effectively across social media, marketing materials, website applications, and future packaging requirements.

THE CHALLENGE

The main challenge was creating a start-up food brand identity that could compete visually within a crowded meal delivery market while still feeling unique and memorable.

Many food delivery brands rely heavily on generic minimalist branding systems, making it difficult to establish strong visual differentiation and personality.

The objective was to create a more expressive and recognisable identity that improved brand recognition while maintaining a modern and commercially focused appearance.

THE SOLUTION

We began with competitor analysis, mood-boarding, and brand positioning to define how Chirky should sit within the modern meal delivery market.

From there, I developed:

  • A bold logo design

  • A vibrant colour palette

  • A scalable typography system

  • Marketing collateral design

  • Social media content templates

  • Business cards and promotional materials

The final design direction creates a strong and recognisable visual identity designed to help the brand stand out clearly across both digital and print environments.

THE OUTCOME

The result is a cohesive branding system that positions Chirky as a bold and modern meal delivery brand with strong digital and consumer appeal.

The refreshed identity improves brand recognition, creates clearer differentiation from competitors, and provides a scalable visual system for future growth and marketing activity.

The ready meals are now available to purchase online through the Chirky website.
