I have over 10 years experience as a freelance graphic designer working in the graphic design industry, specialising in graphic design, and branding with a focus on, logo design, brand identity design, and packaging design.

I work with many companies of all shapes and sizes, from startups, and SME’s to larger established brands and organisations. I’ve helped companies gain listings with many large and independent retailers, from Booths, and Marks and Spencer, to Selfridges, and Planet Organic.

I also collaborate with developers, and photographers, etc, to offer a full graphic design service offering, just like a graphic design agency, but without the design agency cost.

I work on a remote freelance basis, so I’m able to work with lot’s of different clients from all over the UK, including local business from Leeds/Bradford, and the Yorkshire region, but I also with many companies in Manchester, Liverpool and London. I also work with a number of clients in Europe, and North America too.

I quote for projects on a project by project basis. This is based on the project brief/details. I normally offer a free consultation, and also send over a discovery questionnaire to fill out. This helps to outline the project details, and also helps with any brand strategy/positioning too. I then provide a detailed proposal, and also the full design process/turnaround time for the design/branding project.

It depends on the size of the project, - but I aim to complete small to medium sized branding/packaging design projects within 3-4 weeks. Sometimes projects can take a little longer depending on feedback.

If you would like to go ahead with the project, I normally require a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining balance on project completion. I can then get the design project booked in for you, and we can arrange a kick off call, to start the design project.

I generally work by email/zoom, and over the phone. I normally send through initial design/branding concepts over by email, and then we can either discuss over email, phone, or via a video call. We can also arrange face to face meetings, if you are based in Leeds/Bradford/Yorkshire.

When the design project has been completed, and I’ve received final payment, I then send over all the final branding/design assets in all the appropriate file formats. If It’s a packaging/print project, I’ll send all the final cutter guides/artwork through in a PDF that’s all setup ready for print. If It’s design for web, then I’ll send through all the final files in web format.

Absolutely. I work with lot’s of clients on an on-going basis, on a retainer, or one off projects, so whether It’s updating packaging designs/artwork, or if It’s working on website/social media content etc.

Yes, I regularly work and collaborate with web developers/designers, photographers, and marketers. I also have contacts for printers, and packaging suppliers and manufacturers.

Yes, I normally require a 50% deposit before commencing a branding/packaging design project, and the final outstanding balance on project completion. All deposit payments received are non refundable.

Once a project has been completed, and I’ve received payment in full, the copyright, and IP will be automatically transferred to the client.
